Mr. Jungles currently serves as a CMC consultant for early-stage orphan disease companies. Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Jungles served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Operations Officer at Inozyme Pharma from Jan 2017 to Feb 2022. Prior to Inozyme he held positions as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical from August 2011 until March 2015, Vice President of Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain at BioMarin Pharmaceutical from June 1999 until July 2011, and as Associate Director at Harvard Gene Therapy Initiative from June 1997 to June 1999. Mr. Jungles also served on the Board of Directors of Brammer Bio from May 2016 to May 2020. He received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Iowa. He has extensive leadership and management experience and continues to be active in the life sciences industry.
